Proof of eligibility will be required during registration check-in at the conference. Please be prepared to show a valid U.S. Government/Military ID card. Failure to provide sufficient documentation will result in an additional charge equivalent to the regular member/non-member late registration cost. 

Full Conference Registration Includes:

  • Access to all technical sessions and the conference exhibit
  • One CD of the conference proceedings, provided at conference check in
  • Ice Breaker Party — Sunday, September 11. Must RSVP during registration.
  • Banquet dinner, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Access and transportation to the TARDEC technical tour.

After you register for the conference, you must complete and submit the security clearance information. Attendees who do not complete the process prior to their respected deadlines can not receive authorization to attend the TARDEC tour.

  • Non U.S. Citizens must RSVP attendance by completing the Foreign National background check submission process NLT May 15, 2016.
  • U.S. citizens must complete the U.S. citizen background check submission process NLT August 1, 2016.
